No one is present on behalf of the appellant even in the revised list. In similar
circumstances, in the connected appeal, an amicus curiae has been appointed
on behalf of the appellant, as no one appeared on behalf of the appellants in
that appeal. As such, in this case also this Court deems it appropriate that an
amicus curiae be appointed. Sri Akshay Kumar Singh is thus appointed as
amicus curiae to represent the appellant.

Office is directed to supply a copy of the paper book to Sri Singh in order to
enable him to prepare the appeal to argue.
