J U D G M E N T
In respect of arrears of wages payable to the petitioner,
who worked as a provisional Pump Operator in the Kerala Water
Authority, the petitioner has certain claims, which have been
detailed in Ext.P4 representation filed before the second
respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the second
respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 expeditiously.
2. I have heard the learned Standing Counsel appearing
for the respondents also.
Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with
a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders
on Ext.P4 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one
month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after
affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.
