The following were present
Appellant : Absent;
Respondent : Mr. Vimal Kumar, PIO & Superintendent;
The PIO has informed the appellant that queries 4, 5 & 6 has been transferred to DERC. Since the
information is held by DERC. Query-9 pertains to Delhi Transco Limited and the DISCOMS. Queries 3, 7, 8 & 9
pertains to DISCOMS which have been ruled to be public authority by the Commission. However, the
Commission’s decision has been stayed by the Delhi High Court and hence the RTI application cannot be
transferred to them.
Decision:
The Appeal is disposed.
This decision is announced in open chamber.
Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.
