1. Heard
learned advocate Mr.M.M.Tirmizi for petitioner.
2. Against
apprehension of likelihood of petitioner’s termination, a detailed
representation has been made by petitioner on 22.6.2011 addressed to
respondent No.1 – Sankalit Bal Vikas Yojana Officer, which is
not decided till date by respondents. Therefore, present petition is
filed.
3. Learned
advocate Mr.Tirmizi submitted that certificate dated 24.6.2011
(page-34) and Item No.407 at Page-29 – Vagadia Kamlaben may be
considered by respondents while examining representation made by
petitioner.
4. In
light of these facts, it is directed to respondent No.1 –
Sankalit Bal Vikas Yojana Officer to consider representation made by
petitioner (Annexure-E, Page-36) while keeping in mind the
certificate dated 24.6.2011 (page-34) and Item No.407 at Page-29 –
Vagadia Kamlaben and thereafter, to pass appropriate reasoned order
in accordance with law, within a period of 1 month from date of
receiving copy of present order and communicate the decision
immediately to petitioner.
5. In
view of above observations and directions, present petition is
disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits. Direct service
is permitted.
