This petition has been filed challenging the transfer order dated 6.7.2007.

The writ petition is pending since 2007. Much time has elapsed and the
petitioner is enjoying the interim order passed by this Court. There is no right
vested with the petitioner to be posted at a particular station forever.

Looking to the considerable lapse of time, this writ petition has become
infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
