2. 1.7.2010. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in

paragraph-1 of the petition due to inadvertence section 364 of the

Indian Penal Code has been typed. He further submits that in the

typed copy of the impugned order instead of Rajan Paswan it has

been typed as Rajendra Paswan. He, accordingly, prays to make

correction in paragraph-1 of the petition and also in the typed copy

of the impugned order.

As prayed learned counsel for the petitioner is

permitted to make correction in course of the day.

Put up tomorrow.
