Through the earlier affidavit filed as counter affidavit as well as present
affidavit, the opposite party No.1 has shown his justification for compliance
of the order as he is making best efforts by asking for the amount from the
opposite party No.2, but till date no response has been received to him,
therefore, I hereby call upon the opposite party No.2 to show cause why he
has not complied with the order passed by this court on 24th of July, 2008 in
writ petition No.6460 (MB) of 2008.
