of O.P. No. 2 and seeks a copy of the petition which is undertaken to be

supplied by learned counsel for the petitioner by day after tomorrow.

Let these petitions be heard on 20th July, 2010 on which date

the petitions shall be listed at the same position.

Further proceedings in Complaint Case no. 2744 of 2009 /

Trial No. 593 of 2010 pending in the court of C.J.M. Gopalganj and in

Complaint Case no. 1277 of 2009/ Trial No. 4252 of 2009 pending in

the court of J.M. Ist Class, Gopalganj shall remain stayed till 20th July,

2010.
