in Sessions Trial No. 66 of 2010 arising out of Sasaram

(Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 562 of 2009 and also a report from

the Superintendent of police, Rohtas, about the antecedent of

the petitioner, who is accused in the aforesaid case, so as to

reach this Court within three weeks and put up after receipt of

the same.
