2/ 17.10.2011 Call for a detailed report/explanation from the 3rd

Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara, about the present stage of

trial in Sessions Trial No.425 of 2010. He should also give the exact

reasons as to why not a single witness has been examined till date.

The report must reach this court within three weeks.

In the meanwhile, the Trial Court is directed to send a

list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along

with a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur,

who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date

fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial.
