An objection has been raised on behalf of the respondents that
some of brick kilns are not located within the jurisdiction of this
Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that all the brick kilns are
situated at Basti, which falls within the jurisdiction of this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners to file a supplementary
affidavit to that effect.

Rule. Notices on behalf of the respondents waived.
