Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned Standing Counsel and perused
the record.
The learned counsel for petitioners has submitted that the file was summoned
by the revisional Court, but, it was not made available and it was reported that
the concerned file has not been consigned. His contention is that the learned
revisional Court has disposed of the revision without the record and thus, has
committed illegality in dismissing the revision.
Under the circumstances it seems necessary to call for counter affidavit.
Issue notices to the opposite parties nos. 3 to 6 returnable at an early date.
Let the steps be taken within a week.
The Standing Counsel as well as the opposite parties may file counter
affidavit within a period of four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be
filed within two weeks thereafter.
List after the expiry of the aforesaid period.
Till the next date of listing, the operation of the impugned orders dated
25.05.2010 & 26.04.2000, contained as Annexures Nos. 1 & 2 to the writ
petition, shall remain stayed.
