The relief claimed by the petitioner in this writ petition has also

been claimed by him by serving a representation (Annexure P-18) upon the

respondents which has not been decided so far.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of

this writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the

representation (Annexure P-18) within a period of one month from the date

of receipt of certified copy of this order.
