Petitioner seeks quashing qua him FIR No. 50/08 registered
at P.S. Kachhola.
Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that allegations as
they are in the FIR do not disclose commission of any offence by the
petitioner and the petitioner cannot be said to be in any way even
remotely connected to the incident of suicide. No allegation against the
petitioner whatsoever.
Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that in course of
investigation one suicide and one other note alleged to have been written
by deceased is recovered which finds mention of petitioner too.
Learned counsel for R2 submitted that the matter is being
investigated and suicide note is also there.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that
as the prosecution is asserting some suicidal note, petitioner does not
want to press this petition at this stage. Accordingly, the petition is
dismissed as not pressed.
