2 16-11-2011 The present application has been filed for modification of
the order dated 20.05.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 227 of 2011
to the extent of extending the period of surrender.
On the ground mentioned in the modification application
let the period of surrender be further extended by four weeks
from the date of receipt/production of the copy of the order in
connection with Excise Case No. 53/08, N.D.P.S. Case No.
11/08 pending in the court of learned Additional District and
Sessions Judge, 1st Gaya.
The order dated 20.05.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 227
of 2011 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
Let the order be communicated to the learned court below
through fax at the cost of the petitioner.
