The grievance of the petitioner is that some interim order has been passed in
Consolidation case by the Dy. Director of Consolidation but the other side is
flouting the said interim order. The petitioner may approach to the authority
concerned who has passed the interim order for its compliance.

No case for interference has been made out.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
