2. 4.11.2011 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that

during the pendency of this writ application certain new

development has taken place which has rendered this writ

application infructuous. He has also submitted that the petitioner

has in fact filed a fresh writ petition against the new cause of

action.

That being so, this application is dismissed as having

become infructuous.
