37. 26.10.2010 Perused the office note dated 11.10.2010.

So far item Nos.1 and 3 of the said office note

is concerned, the respondent shall remove the said

defects within three weeks. So far item No. 2 is

concerned, the learned counsel for the appellants

submitted that he will file vakalatnama on behalf of the

appellant No.1(v) to 1(vii) within three weeks. If within

the said period vakalatnama is not filed on their behalf,

they shall be transposed as respondent in the memo of

appeal.
