This writ petition is filed for the following prayer:

Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ,
direction or order commanding the Family Court, Kozhikode
to issue certified copies of the orders dated 4.6.2008 in I.A.
Nos. 392, 391 and 173 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible
within a time to be fixed by this Honourable Court.

The registry reports that certified copies of the above mentioned

I.As will be issued to the petitioner today itself. Therefore it is for the

petitioner to pursue his grievance in appropriate proceedings.
