In
view of the pending proceedings between the parties before the
Competent Criminal Court etc., Mr.Jain, learned
advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks
permission to withdraw the present petition.
Mr.Soparkar,
learned senior advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent has no
objection if the permission is granted to the petitioner
to withdraw the present petition.
In
view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits in
favour of either of the parties and without entering into the
merits of the matter, petitioner
is permitted to withdraw the present petition in view of pendency of
the criminal proceedings between the parties and the present
petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged.
