The issue involved in the present writ petition is similar to the issue
involved in Writ Petition No. 1629 of 2002 (M/s. Indodan Industries,
Muzaffarnagar v. State of U.P. & others), which has been decided on this
date by a detailed order. Following the same reasoning, the present writ
petition has no force and is, accordingly, dismissed.
