05. 13.09.2010 A rejoinder has been filed on behalf of the

petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State

as also the respondent – University.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of the

University stating therein to the effect that the admissible

payments have been made to the petitioner after making

the necessary deductions of the income tax as stated in

paragraph -3 and 4 of the show cause.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

petitioner has been paid only 90 per cent pension and

some amount of Earned leave.

Considering the submission of the parties since

the order has been complied with and necessary

payments have been made to the petitioner as detailed in

paragraphs 3 and 4 of the show cause, as such, the

contempt application need not proceed further, however,

it will be open for the petitioner to bring it to the notice of

the concerned authority of any discrepancy in the

aforesaid payment.

The M.J.C. application stands disposed of with

the above observations/directions.
