ORDER

1. In
view of the fact that the learned advocate appearing for the
appellants has been elevated to the Bench of this Court, the learned
Single Judge directed the Registry to issue notice upon the
appellants making it returnable on 04/05/2011.

2. Though
served, nobody appears on behalf of the appellants. Hence, the
present First Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, it
is observed that if the appellants are still interested in
prosecuting the present Appeal they may submit an appropriate
application for restoration of the present Appeal, which shall be
considered.
