By means of the present writ petition, petitioners have
prayed for the following reliefs:-

i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus
directing the respondents to open the saw mill of the
petitioners forthwith pursuant to the report submitted by the
CJM dated 31.7.2001.

The relief sought for shall be considered by the D.F.O. in the
light of the order dated 31.7.2001 passed by the learned
CJM within a period of one month from the date of
production of certified copy of this order.

With aforesaid order the petition is finally disposed of.
