                  Dated this, the 17th    July, 2008.

                            J U D G M E N T

The petitioner completed B.Sc. Nursing degree course and

appeared for the 3rd and 4th year examinations in December, 2007 and

March, 2008 respectively. In respect of the same, the petitioner

submitted Ext. P2 application for revaluation. The petitioner seeks

expeditious completion of the revaluation process.

2. Learned standing counsel for the University submits that the

University would require two more months’ time to complete the

revaluation process.

Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a

direction to the respondents to complete the revaluation process for

which the petitioner has applied and publish the results thereof as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within six weeks from the date

of receipt of a copy of this judgment, provided the application is in

order in all respects.
