Total stakes involved in this appeal is only Rs.12,300/-.

Even though the submissions of the learned counsel for the

appellant were attractive, we are not inclined to interfere, in

view of the smallness of the stakes involved. The appeal will

stand dismissed for that reason only. This judgment will not be

quoted as a precedent in any other case.
