Petitioners have been made accused in a case lodged for

offence under sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. on the allegations that

they caught hold of informant’s father, whereafter accused Krishna

Singh, Pramod Patel and Omprakash are said to have assaulted him

causing his death at the place of occurrence itself.

The petitioners submit that they are not the assailant and

are in custody since 15.6.2010.

Application for bail of the petitioners is refused with

liberty to renew the prayer for bail after three months in Bettiah

town Police Station Case No. 84 of 2010.
