19 22-12-2010 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

respondent no.6 is avoiding to take notice hence, now

notice upon respondent no.6 may be issued by

substituted notice through newspaper.

The prayer is accepted.

The petitioner is directed to take steps for

substituted service of notice upon respondent no.6 by

obtaining draft of the notice from the office of the Court

by 14-01-2011 and by getting the same published in two

dailies published from Patna namely, Hindustan Times

(English) and Hindustan (Hindi). Affidavit showing

publication of the notice in the aforesaid two newspapers

should be filed before this court by end of January, 2011.
