filed in the matter but by mistake the writ number in the
counter affidavit has been recoded as C.W.J.C. No.
4733/09 in stead of C.W.J.C. No. 8837/09, office to check
it up and bring it on record.
Let the counsel for the Mining Department file a
supplementary counter affidavit seeking latest instruction
in view of the order dated 12.11.2009 passed in C.W.J.C.
No. 7055 of 2009.
Put up this case on 24th of October, 2011
retaining its position.
Let the interim order dated 03.08.2009 be
continued.
