Sri R.B. Singhal, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India
was asked by this Court to obtain instructions and if so
required to file a short counter affidavit.

Sri Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner informed the
Court that pursuant to the earlier order of this Court the
representation of the petitioner has not been decided and
fresh citation has been issued.

Learned Standing Counsel informs that representation has
already been decided and copy has also been served on the
petitioner.

The document in this respect has been annexed along with
short counter affidavit.

As prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, put up on
Wednesday i.e. 4.8.2010.
