                               JUDGMENT

Petitioners, admittedly, have no locus standi in this matter but,

their only request is that Ext.P2 should be dealt with by the

respondent.

I have no doubt that if Ext.P2 deserves to be dealt with,

the respondent will do what is necessary. The writ petition is

closed.
