1. It is brought to our notice by the ld. Chartered Accountant appearing on behalf of the above Applicant that the above appeal already stands disposed of by the Final Order Nos. 789 and 790/97-D, dated 20-8-1997.

2. We have gone through the above mentioned order and find that the submissions are correct. Hence the Order of dismissal of the Appeal is set aside and no fresh orders are called for on the Appeal. In view of the fact that the Appeal already stands disposed of, the file may be treated as closed.
