                           J U D G M E N T

Petitioners are Peons working under the first respondent,

claiming appointment to the post of Fieldman in Fisheries

Department. Claiming appointment as above, they have filed Ext.P9

representations before the 2nd respondent and these

representations are pending.

Taking into account the pendency of representations as above,

the 2nd respondent is directed to pass orders on Ext.P9 referred to

above, duly adverting to Exts.P5, P6 and P8, as expeditiously as

possible and at any rate within 6 weeks from the date of production

of a copy of the judgment along with a copy of this writ petition.

Writ Petition is disposed of as above.

Petitioners shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a

copy of this writ petition before the 2nd respondent for compliance .
