                              ORDER

In compliance of the order dated 24.7.2009 Mr. Kalla

informs that the authorities have confirmed that C.M.H.O. had

confirmed the constitution of the Board, and accordingly the

certificate Annexure-12 was issued.

That being the position, no controversy survives

with regard to deciding the matter of sanctioning of the

medical leave for the period of 2.7.2007 to 13.10.2007.

The writ petition is accordingly allowed. The

respondents are directed to sanction the aforesaid leave, and

finalise the pension case of the petitioner within a period of

one month as prayed by Mr. Kalla with all consequential

benefits.
