The petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections

452, 448, 379, 307, 324, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section

27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

injury is on the finger of the informant and simple in nature.

In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, is

directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna

City, Patna in connection with Khusrupur P.S. case no. 32 of 2010.
