2/ 13-01-2011 Mr. Subhash Chandra Bose, learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the petitioner, submits that the issue involved in this case has

been amicably resolved between the parties and as such he seeks

permission to withdraw the present civil revision application. Learned

counsel for the opposite party no.1 is present and has no objection.

In that view of the matter, this civil revision application is

dismissed as withdrawn.
