The only prayer pressed before the Court in this writ petition is for
early disposal of the representation dated 20.5.2010 Annexure- 5
to the writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the
direction to the authority concerned to consider and decide the
aforesaid representation of the petitioner by a speaking order in
accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within
a period of one month from the date of production of the certified
copy of this order.
