the respondent no. 3 and informs that respondent no.

1, namely, Bibi Sakina Khatoon and respondent no. 5

Ramchandra Das have already died. However, no

steps for substitution of their legal representatives

has been taken.

Learned counsel for the appellants wants to

ascertain the aforesaid fact.

Put up this matter after two weeks under

the same heading retaining its position.
