02 27-04-2011 Issue notice to Opp.Party no.2 to show cause as to

why contempt proceeding be not initiated against him for non-

compliance of the order dated 3.12.2010 passed in C.W.J.C.No.

7402 of 2010, which was disposed of along with

C.W.J.C.No.3616 of 2010, for which requisites etc. must be filed

by ordinary process as well as by registered cover with A/D within

a period of one week, failing which this application shall stand

rejected as against him without further reference to a Bench.

List this case either after service of notice on

Opp.Party no.2 or after his appearance, whichever is earlier. In the

meanwhile, Sri Aditya Nath Pandey, learned A.C. to Govt.

Advocate no.5 may get instruction for filing show cause on behalf

of Respondent nos.7, 8 and 9.
