                                          JUDGMENT

Basheer, J.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he is being harassed by respondent

No.3 herein, Circle Inspector of Police, Neyyattinkara. His further grievance is

that though he has approached respondent No.3 and submitted Ext.P1 complaint

before him seeking some action as regards his complaint, the said officer has not

bothered to redress his grievance.

2. Learned Government Pleader, on getting instructions, submits that the

matter has been enquired into and Crime No.1251 has been registered on the

basis of the above complaint. Investigation in the said crime is in progress.

Learned Government Pleader further emphatically submits that no harassment as

alleged by the petitioner has been caused to him.

The above submission is recorded and the writ petition is closed. It is made

clear that it will be open to the parties to pursue the remedies, if any, available to

them in accordance with law.
