50. 28.09.2010 Perused the office note dated 27.9.2010.
According to the office note the first appeal itself has
been dismissed. The cross objection filed by some of
the respondents under Order 41 Rule 22 C.P.C. is still
pending.
The learned counsel for the cross objectors
submitted that he will file a fresh cause title only
showing the party position in the cross objection and
the injunction filed by the cross objectors may be
treated as an application filed by the cross objectors in
the cross objection.
As prayed for by the learned counsel, put up
after one week under the same heading.
In the meantime, he shall make necessary
correction.
