                                    JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached this Court with certain grievances with

regard to some works executed under the respondent-Panchayat. In

view of the intervening developments, in case the petitioner has still

any grievance left, it will be open to the petitioner to approach the 6th

respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
