Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The directions of this Court have since been complied with. In the affidavit of
compliance an order dated 30th November, 2007 has been annexed, purported
to have been passed pursuant to the directions issued by this Court. In case
applicant is aggrieved by the said decision, it would be open to the applicant
to assail its correctness before the appropriate forum. No further consideration
is required in this contempt application. Notices are discharged.

The contempt application is accordingly consigned to record.
