ELECTION TO COMMITTEE
National Shipping Board
पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय में राज्य मंत्री (श्री दिलीपकुमार मनसुखलाल गांधी) : अध्यक्ष महोदय, श्री शत्रुघ्न सिन्हा की ओर से, मैं निम्नलखित प्रस्ताव करता हूं :-
” कि राष्ट्रीय पोतपरिवहन बोर्ड नियम, १९६० के नियम ३ के साथ पठित वाणिज्य पोतपरिवहन अधनियम, १९५८ के खंड ४(२) (क) के अनुसरण में, इस सभा के सदस्य, ऐसी रीति से जैसा कि अध्यक्ष निदेश दें, उक्त अधनियम के अन्य उपबंधों और उनके अधीन बनाए गए नियमों के अध्यधीन राष्ट्रीय पोतपरिवहन बोर्ड के सदस्यों के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए अपने में से चार सदस्य निर्वाचित करें। ”
MR. DEPUTY-SPEAKER: The question is:
“That in pursuance of Clause 4(2)(a) of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 read with Rule 3 of the National Shipping Board Rules, 1960, the members of this House do proceed to elect, in such manner as the Speaker may direct, four members from among themselves, to serve as members of the National Shipping Board, subject to other provisions of the said Act and the rules made thereunder.”
The motion was adopted.
