The petitioner has come up against the transfer order. I find no reason
to quash the same.

Learned counsel contends that as a matter of fact in absence of
appropriate movement order, the petitioner has not been made to join at
either of the places. The authorities shall pass appropriate orders
directing the petitioner to join at appropriate place. The order shall be
passed within 10 days from the date of production of a certified copy of
this order before him.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
