It is contended by learned counsel for the appellants that the maximum
sentence of four years has been awarded to the appellants for the offence
punishable under section 325 read with section 34 I.P.C..The appellants were
on bail during the pendency of the trial, they have not misused the liberty of
bial.
Let the appellantsTeerath Yadav and Rajendra Kumar Yadav convicted in
S.T. No. 56 of 2002 under Sections 323/34,325/34,504 and 506 I.P.C. and
section 3(i) 10 of S.C./S.T. Act P.S. Gaurabadshahpur District Jaunpur be
released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in
the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
The realization of fine shall remain stayed during the pendency of the appeal.
