COMMON
ORAL ORDER

(Per
: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. K.S.RADHAKRISHNAN)

Heard
learned counsel for the parties.

We
find it unnecessary to keep these Special Civil Applications pending
any further as the Division Bench of this Court earlier on various
occasions issued several directions in connection with the
sub-standard construction of the buildings in the earthquake hit
areas.

Learned
Advocate General has submitted that in certain cases, prosecution has
already been initiated and necessary remedial measures are also being
taken up.

Considering
the facts and circumstances and the directions given by this Court in
earlier passed interim orders, we are of the view that no further
directions need be given on the basis of the various interim orders
passed earlier by this Court.

All
the Special Civil Applications stand disposed of in terms of the
directions in the interim orders issued by the Division Bench of this
Court in these Special Civil Applications.

(K.S. RADHAKRISHNAN, C.J.)

KURESHI, J.)
