Background
1. The Appellant filed an RTI request dt.22.7.08 with the CPIO, CGHS,
Jaipur. He requested for the photocopy of the attendance register for
the month of February, April, June, 2008 and also from 1.7.08 to
19.7.08. The CPIO replied on 30.7.08 denying the information under
Section 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act. The Appellant filed an appeal dt.4.8.08
with the Appellate Authority reiterating his request for the information.
The Appellate Authority replied on 22.8.08. Not satisfied with the
reply the Appellant filed a second appeal dt.22.9.08 before CIC.
2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner,
scheduled the hearing on February 4, 2009.
3. Both the appellant and the respondent were absent at the hearing.
Decision
4. The Commission received a letter by fax from the Office of the Addl.
Director, CGHS stating that the information has been provided to the
appellant on 2.2.09 along with a copy of a letter from the appellant
informing the Commission that the information has been provided and
that he is satisfied and is withdrawing his case.
5. The appeal is disposed off
