JUDGMENT
Kurian Joseph, J.
Petitioner approached this court seeking police protection
against the 4th respondent, who is none other than her own son.
Finding an element of settlement we directed the parties to the Kerala
Mediation Centre and it is reported that the disputes, for the time
being, have been settled. The petitioner still has an apprehension of
danger to her life. There will be a direction to the Police to ensure that
law and order is maintained and in case the petitioner requests for
protection to her life the same shall be granted.
Towards remuneration to the Mediator the petitioner will pay an
amount of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only).
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
