3. 19.4.2011 As directed earlier the petitioner is

personally present. It is stated by learned counsel for

the complainant-opposite party No. 2 that the

complainant was present yesterday but she has gone

back to her village home.

As prayed for by learned counsels for the

parties, put up on 25th April, 2011 in Chambers at 2.15

P.M. on which date both the petitioner and opposite

party no. 2 shall be personally present.
